This is a quick review
Cockroaches have invaded your house. They are so numerous that they are not at all scared to run about the room and are paying no notice whatever of you. You can defeat the beasts by fumigating them with the help of a special team.
You may act as a fumigation officer giving battle to the cockroaches.
Your purpose depends on the game type to be selected by you. (Select it in Options menu)
The first type is the game for speed. During 60 seconds you are to destroy a maximum number of cockroaches.
The second type is the game for total elimination. You have to destroy all cockroaches. The number of cockroaches doubles every 6 seconds.
To fight the cockroaches you can use the following weapons:
Anti-cockroach spray, which is a strong toxic weapon. It kills a cockroach within the effective radius and other cockroaches that would appear in the ring within three seconds after the application. No charge limitation, but you cannot use is 5 times in a row or 10 times during any 20 seconds. Otherwise, you will be unable to continue your battle.
The scattergun is good for long-distance attacks. Still you have to spend extra time recharging it and have limited resources of shots. Your ammunition amounts to 100 cartridges.
Mini Gun. You can fire 30 cartridges per 10 seconds and is equipped with 5 magazines. Like with the scattergun you need to spend some time on recharging.
Machine Gun. It can fire 300 cartridges per 60 seconds and has 3 magazines. You also need some time to recharge it.
All weapons except for the first one are destructive for the items located in the room. You will be losing points for any damage made.
If you fail to destroy the cockroaches, they will eagerly migrate to other rooms of your house and even invite other insects to become their guests.
In any case you won't be bored!

Cockroaches is an action game developed by Alawar Entertainment&GameOverGames. Your house is being invaded by awful cockroaches, they are way too much and there is only one solution, start fumigating. Fortunately, you have a lot of powerful weapons to exterminate these horrible insects. Your task is then to stop the cockroaches invasion with the aid of special weapons, while taking care of not damaging the house.
According to the type of game you select, your aim will be different. The first type challenges your speed; you will have a limited time of 60 seconds, during which you should exterminate as many cockroaches as possible. For the second type, without time restrictions, you have to defeat all the nasty insects. Take into account that in this last option, the cockroaches double in number every 6 seconds. To start exterminating cockroaches, you have four weapons to choose from. The Anti-cockroach spray is very toxic and effective, but there are some restrictions in its use. If you prefer long-distance attacks then the scattergun will do it great. Then, there are the minigun and the machine gun. The three last weapons may destroy the walls or the objects in the room, so be careful while using them since any damage to the house means losing points. The game is really fun and dynamic, and what is more important is very easy to play. In addition, it has good graphics and cool sound effects. |
